Clinical Jumpstart
This package provides 6 hours (your choice of 1 day or over 2 days) of consultation work where Natasha joins you to assess your outpatient practice start up needs. Natasha will provide clear guidance and steps on private practice systems that will maximize workflow, bring in those clients and minimize time wasted.

Clinical Implementation
This package provides 15 hours (your choice of 2 days or over 5 days) of consultation work where Natasha collaborates with you to assess your current outpatient practice needs. Natasha will also guide you (while being hands on to ensure completion) through the creation of your initial outpatient intake forms (e.g. consent form, intake assessment, treatment plans etc). Natasha will also diagnose your current systems flow related to client contact and inquiries, receiving payments and client retention. A new or updated system's flow plan will be created. Additionally you will be guided to update or create your service delivery model and be provided with marketing strategy tips.
This package also includes:
1 (45 minute) follow up coaching session 3 months later.

Clinical Review
This package provides a total of 24 hours (your choice of 4 consecutive days or 3 4hr days for 2 weeks). This package is perfect for established outpatient practices whether you are a solo or group practice. This is the package for you if you don't have time to diagnose your organization's structural needs to identify prognosis for success. This package offers Natasha to come in and do a thorough review of your policy and procedures and implement appropriate missing policies, audit clinical forms and clinical documentation for appropriate context that meet insurance and reimbursement guidelines, service delivery model audit.
This package also includes:
1 (45 minute) Training of your choice (see training tab) for all staff.
1 (60 minute) Clinical supervision for all staff for feedback on current cases
2 (45 minute) follow up coaching sessions with department lead/dir/CEO (every 30 days)

Trainings
Trainings are 60 minutes in length with no limit to the number of attendees. Trainings are offered both in-person and virtually.
